| When you think of the University of Miami, the top qualities that come to mind are academic achievement, commitment to excellence, and pride in our diverse heritage. The University of Miami Alumni Association, Balfour, and I invite you to participate in the class ring program, one of our newest traditions. As a constant reminder of the achievements of our graduates and the history of our alma mater, we are proud to present the University of Miami Official Class Ring: a symbol that transcends time and represents the common bond uniting our graduates.

| Designed with pride by a group of students, alumni, and University administrators, this special ring is a symbol of your accomplishments at UM that you will cherish for years to come. The ring’s unique design reflects the culture and traditions of the University of Miami.

| All alumni and undergraduate students, who have achieved junior-year status with at least 60 credit hours, or graduate and doctoral students who have completed one year of their studies, are eligible to purchase the ring. At a special ceremony on April 29, I will personally present the rings to each student. Families are welcome to attend this celebration commemorating their son’s or daughter’s achievement at the University.
