Between 02/10/06 and 05/12/06 Balfour is offering Guaranteed Graduation Delivery for all orders with a minimum of five weeks between the date the order was received and the date of the graduation event that you provide. Our commitment to you is that Balfour will make every effort to insure delivery of your ring no later than the day you have provided as the graduation event date.

Please be aware of the following reasons that may prevent this from happening:

• Order is changed after it has been in the factory for three days.
• Credit card declines or does not clear the charge amount.
• Unanticipated shipping delays with United Parcel Service or Federal Express. (Please make sure that you provide us with a street address, not a P.O. Box).
• If you wish to take advantage of our interest-free credit card payment plan, please place your order by calling 1-877-Balfour (225-3687). If Balfour is unable to deliver your ring by the graduation event date you provided, you may cancel your order without penalty.
